If you are having issues with checking out a Published Quote from your Steelcase Dealer, the following steps will help before you reattempt checking out again:
- Clearing out your internet browser session of its cache and cookies will solve any timeout issues between the Order Site and your eProc System. You can view instructions on how to clear your browser cache by clicking on the appropriate link below:
If you use Mozilla Firefox: by default, Firefox has created stricter site tracking security which causes issues with checking out on an eProcurment site. We urge these users to use a different internet browser listed above.
*It's also advisable to try a different browser than the one that was used in the prior checkout attempt.
- It is important that you start a brand new eProc Shopping Session, in which their eProc Shopping Cart is EMPTY/Cleared out. This will ensure that the Customer PO created will only be for the published quote you are checking out.
**If the reattempt does not work, please send over a screenshot of any errors or frozen web pages they are seeing. The screenshot should show the entire internet browser window.
